Food of the Day: Herb Salad Pasta

Herb Salad Pasta - I've been eating this for weeks. It's made out of some very light and healthy stuffs:

Herb Salad (Batavia, Red Oak Leaf, Red Vein Sorrel, Rocket, Coriander, Chive)

Red Onion, Garlic, Whole Grain Italian Made Spaghetti, Salad Tomatoes, Turkey Ham, Olive oil for dressing, and some salt.

Fried Sotong

Seafood restaurant by the sea in Semporna (1 and a half hour from Lahad Datu). Can eat fried sotong with mayonaise, then just by the corner can jump into the sea, snorkeling and swimming, or 'lompat papan' diving!

Camped around Scotland during the month of July 2005, last chance this year to enjoy the summer sunshine before it gets faded away. New approach (for us) in traveling - another kind of enjoy-life-holiday, somekind of xpdc, relaxing throughout the whole journey, when it was not struck by typical Scottish rain and thunder! Overall verdict: fantastico!!!
